I am a holistic therapist and energy worker, fully qualified in reflexology, clinical aromatherapy, massage and Reiki healing.
All treatments are personalised to take account of your physical and emotional needs, using a variety of techniques to help rebalance and revitalise your body, mind and spirit. I encourage your body’s own healing system and wisdom to kick in.
Treatments are carried out in our characterful cottage in the beautiful Ceredigion countryside.
I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and provide gift vouchers, wellbeing days, talks and multi-booking discounts as required.
